I visited this facility for wheel alignment. Before, I visited another facility where technician told me that he needed to change some parts in my car (about $850.00) before he could make wheel alignment. However, one day before my car was repaired and very qualified technician said that after repair my car needed only wheel alignment. Technician at Honest-1 confirmed that and made wheel alignment during 30-35 minutes. All this time I spent in a very clean waiting room with coffee and free internet. Guys at Honest-1 are really HONEST PROFESSIONALS. I greatly recommend this facility to everybody who seeks qualified service without additional unnecessary expenses.

Service was prompt. I was explained all the steps and the time it would take to repair the car. Work was done on time. Waiting area is nice and clean with free wifi.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have a brake light replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean modern waiting room complete with coffee and bottled water. I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member. My car was done in half an hour. It was great to bring my car to a service center where they did not push unnecessary repairs. I also learned that they will give you a ride home if the repair is going to take some time. I highly recommend Honest 1. Joe and Richie were a refreshing change!

I went to get the check engine light diagnosed. Got a evaluation and repair cost. Personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. In addition the fan in the car was making noises, I got an honest reply and the problem was fixed.

They fixed my broken car a/c. They even sent me a picture of the broken part to explain what was happening and why it wasn't working. I really appreciated their timely service and reasonable price.

The service provided by Honest 1 in Milltown was very good. They explained the worked needed and pointed the items out under the hood to ensure I knew they were not adding things on unnecessarily.
