Great place. Fast service whether by appointment or walk-in, easy to wait for your car in their nice waiting room, and the staff is very friendly. I've never been overcharged or had anyone attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Twice in the past they have noticed something about my car that could be a problem in the future and given me plenty of warning. Plus they leave a little goodie for you in the car afterwards. Last time it was a stuffed bear. I've named him Radagast and he lives in my cupholder now.

They misdiagnosed the reason that my vehicle was shaking at did over $800.00 in unnecessary repairs. The shaking in the vehicle was not eliminated. Now they claim I need all new struts and shocks, but another mechanic said I really just need one new shock. I feel like Honest-1 is either not very good at what they do, dishonest or both.

Richy and his crew are great! They had in me in and out quickly and the waiting room is more comfortable than my living room!

Third time recently for my car to be serviced in Milltown. The past 2 times I called ahead to check availability and based on the answer, arrived at designated time. The work started almost immediately with one time short enough to wait and the other to accept a ride home during repairs. Joe and everyone in the Office staff are pleasant and produce an estimate shortly, so you have time to plan your day accordingly.

Nice people, no muss - no fuss! Get in and out pretty fast and confident the job was done right.
