Joe and his crew went out of their way to get a haed-to-get part and get installed while fitting me and my broken electric window lift squared away before Xmas driving while handling athe rest of the Christmas Crunch that had suddenly hit them. Waiting room appointments were comfortable and I actually emerged from therwere relaxed. Of course the issue with the window lift was resolved quite to my satisfaction!. ***** out of *****

I Had gone to the dealer for an oil change. They suggested I need a few items too be serviced. I politely said no - got in my car and called Ricky. Within 10 minutes I showed Ricky what they had said and he took care of all that needs to be done for a much lower price and gave me the confidence that it was done right!
