Joe & Richie are great to deal with, from quality work to pricing. We unexpectedly needed service on our car AC, due to it being overcharged at a chain service station. They were able to get us in for a same day appointment and assess what was wrong and fix it the same day.

Richie has always been kind and honest with us! We just wanted to say thank you! And... Thank you also for the pinwheels for the kids, you’re so thoughtful!. Their eyes lit up when we gave it to them.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The staffs are friendly, and professional. They took care of my cars and not only took note of my concerns but made sure I understood why certains procedures needed to be done.

Had an oil change done on my Mustang on 5/15 that same day the lower air deflector which needs to be removed to access the oil filter came off while on my way to work (reason is debatable from each point of view) , however I took it back next day and after some discussion Honest-1 agreed to replace it. I was promised that this coming Monday they will do the honest thing and take care of it.. thanks Honest-1 for being honest it’s why I take all 3 of my cars to you. This is how I treat my customers at my business and how I like to be treated as well.

Recently went into Honest Auto. The staff were attentive and timely. Most of all they discussed my concerns with my car and I felt my safety was the top priority. I never felt pressured in any way. I would go there again and recommend them to anyone who needs auto service.
